Purpose & scope
This policy guides how AiVRIC designs, operates, and validates Physical & Environmental Security across production, corporate, and partner environments.
It applies to employees, contractors, vendors, and any system interacting with AiVRIC data or services.
Key controls
- Restrict facility access with badges and visitor management.
- Monitor critical areas with surveillance and access logging.
- Protect against environmental risks (fire, water, temperature) with sensors and controls.
- Review physical access logs and revoke access promptly when no longer needed.
Operating procedures
- Escort visitors and record entry/exit per facility policy.
- Test environmental alarms and power redundancy periodically.
- Audit badge lists quarterly with facilities and security.
