Human Resources Security

Manages workforce lifecycle with security controls from onboarding to offboarding.

Purpose & scope

This policy guides how AiVRIC designs, operates, and validates Human Resources Security across production, corporate, and partner environments.

It applies to employees, contractors, vendors, and any system interacting with AiVRIC data or services.

Key controls

  • Perform background checks per role and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Provide security training during onboarding and annually.
  • Enforce timely access revocation and equipment return at offboarding.
  • Document roles and least-privilege access for each function.

Operating procedures

  • Provision accounts through automated workflows with approvals.
  • Trigger offboarding runbooks within 24 hours of departure notice.
  • Track completion of required training and acknowledgments.

Owner: Security & Compliance. Review cadence: annually or after material changes.

Evidence: Collected via AiVRIC audit logs, ticketing systems, monitoring dashboards, and vendor records as appropriate to this policy area.
