Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs use of the AiVRIC demonstration environment (“Demo”). The Demo is provided for evaluation and is not intended for production workloads. By continuing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose and scope

The AiVRIC Demo is a controlled environment designed to demonstrate platform capabilities. You may use the Demo only for lawful evaluation, testing, and product understanding activities.

2. Authorized activities

  • Review product workflows, dashboards, and reporting outputs.
  • Explore supported integrations and non-destructive configuration settings.
  • Run demonstration scans or checks against systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
  • Use only test/dummy repositories, sample datasets, or non-sensitive data wherever possible.

3. Prohibited activities

  • No unauthorized testing: Do not scan, probe, or test any third-party systems or networks without written authorization.
  • No abuse or disruption: No denial-of-service, stress testing, or actions that degrade performance or availability.
  • No malicious content: Do not upload malware, exploit code intended for harm, or attempt to weaponize outputs.
  • No credential harvesting: Do not attempt to capture credentials, tokens, secrets, or access keys.
  • No evasion: Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, licensing, or monitoring.
  • No reverse engineering: Do not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract proprietary logic from the Demo.
  • No sensitive data: Do not upload regulated data (PCI, PHI, SSNs), secrets, private keys, production customer data, or confidential IP.

4. Data handling and retention

The Demo is for evaluation; treat it as an untrusted environment for sensitive information. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input is appropriate. AiVRIC may log activity for security, troubleshooting, and service integrity.

5. Access, monitoring, and enforcement

AiVRIC may monitor usage to protect the platform and its users. If activity appears harmful or violates this policy, AiVRIC may throttle, suspend, or terminate demo access without notice.

6. Confidentiality and permitted sharing

You may share high-level evaluation outcomes internally. Do not publicly disclose non-public performance results, security behavior, or configuration details that could materially aid misuse, unless you have written permission from AiVRIC.

7. No warranties; evaluation-only

The Demo is provided “as is” for evaluation. Features, outputs, and availability may change. The Demo may contain sample data and simulated behavior that does not represent production configurations.

8. Reporting issues

If you identify a security concern, suspected vulnerability, or misuse of the Demo, contact AiVRIC immediately at [email protected] or [email protected].

9. Agreement

By selecting “I agree” and continuing, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and/or your organization, and that your use will comply with this policy and applicable laws.

Use only authorized targets Only test assets you own or have explicit written permission to assess.
Keep data non-sensitive Prefer sample data; avoid secrets, regulated data, or production datasets.

Quick summary

The demo is for evaluation only. Do not attempt to disrupt service, bypass controls, or test systems you do not own or control. Use non-sensitive data whenever possible.
