Is pricing per client workspace or per user seat?
Pricing is based on the number of cloud accounts monitored across your client base, not per seat or per client workspace. MSP partner tiers include volume discounts that increase as you scale. View pricing or contact us for a custom partner quote.
Can we white-label the reports for our clients?
Yes. Reports can be branded with your MSP logo, color scheme, and contact details. Clients receive reports that look like your service — not AiVRIC's. White-label reporting is available on Partner and above plans.
How does multi-tenant isolation work?
Each client operates in a fully isolated workspace — separate data storage, separate credentials, and separate access controls. There is no data path between client tenants. Your team can switch between client views, but clients cannot see each other's data under any circumstance.
Can clients log in directly to see their own data?
Yes, optionally. You can grant clients read-only access to their own workspace portal so they can view their posture and compliance status directly. Access is scoped strictly to their own environment — they cannot see other clients or any MSP-level data.
What PSA and RMM tools does CloudSignals integrate with?
CloudSignals connects to Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and any webhook-compatible system. Native integrations with PSA platforms (ConnectWise, Autotask) and RMM tools are on the product roadmap. API access is available for custom integrations on all plans.
