This policy guides how AiVRIC designs, operates, and validates Capacity & Performance Management across production, corporate, and partner environments.
It applies to employees, contractors, vendors, and any system interacting with AiVRIC data or services.
Key controls
- Monitor key performance indicators (CPU, memory, latency, error rates, queue depth).
- Set capacity thresholds with alerts and auto-scaling rules where applicable.
- Conduct load and performance testing before major releases.
- Maintain scaling runbooks and escalation paths for saturation events.
Operating procedures
- Review capacity dashboards weekly; track trends against targets.
- Execute load tests in staging for significant feature changes; record results.
- Tune autoscaling policies after incidents to prevent recurrence.
