Data Processing Addendum

The AiVRIC Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporates GDPR/CCPA-aligned commitments for customers who process personal data through AiVRIC. It references the Privacy Policy and Trust Center controls for encryption, access, logging, retention, and subprocessors.

• Roles: AiVRIC acts as a processor; customers remain controllers of their data.
• Security: controls summarized in Trust Center and related policies (encryption, access control, incident response).
• Subprocessors: listed in the Subprocessor List with notice/objection mechanisms where applicable.
• Data subject rights: handled per the Privacy Policy with defined response SLAs.
• Transfers: supports SCCs/appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
