Subprocessor List

AiVRIC limits subprocessors and discloses them transparently. Customer data processed by subprocessors is governed by the Data Processing Addendum and the controls outlined in the Trust Center.

• Hosting/Infrastructure: leading cloud provider(s) for compute, storage, and managed databases.
• Monitoring/Logging: observability platforms used for telemetry and alerting.
• Support/CRM: tools used for ticketing and customer communication (limited to metadata).
• Product analytics (where enabled): privacy-safe analytics to improve product experience.

No subprocessors process customer scan data for BYO-AI traffic by default. For the latest, detailed list (with locations, services, and data types), request the current register via Trust Intake or your account team.
