AiVRIC follows the Incident Response Operations standard (IRO) with defined severities, on-call rotations, and customer notification steps. The playbook is tested through tabletop and functional exercises.

• Severity model with triage timelines; security engineering owns containment and eradication.
• Customer notification criteria and channels defined for data-impacting events.
• Forensic logging retained per Logging & Monitoring; evidence preserved for post-incident review.
• Post-incident review with documented lessons learned and tracked remediation actions.

The Trust Center highlights current readiness posture; detailed runbooks are available to customers under NDA upon request.
